Simple house with a private garden and pool situated in a quiet residential area only 2km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all surrounded by beaches with turquoise, crystaline water. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity 6 people. Outdoor space with a large beautiful garden and a private pool (7 x 3m), built in barbecue where you will be able to enjoy poolside breakfasts and meals. Parking for 2 cars. 100m2 internal space with a small dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need : cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. You will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Pets are allowed on request with supplement. The washing machine is in the garage.
