Everything was great. Easy access and appreciated that each of us had our own bathroom. One consideration is that it would have been good to know beforehand that we needed to bring our own user name and password to access the Youtube TV and Netflix. But we would certainly look for this property next year.

The home was beautiful. It slept 6 adults very comfortably. I liked that there was only 1 tv in the main room. The kitchen was well stocked, the deck was lovely and there was ample parking.

Amazing ski week and visit with family in Portola

The property was convenient to Northstar and Portola. The kitchen was impeccably stocked with equipment and supplies. The view of the mountains and the trees in the snow was beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The family room with the woodstove was a great place to relax after a long day of skiing. We definitely recommend this condo and hope to return again one day.

Quick Christmas Getaway

We were looking for somewhere to stay for the weekend to enjoy the local holiday festivities and get our tree cut on the way home. It's super chilly up here this time of year, and we were nice and warm in this rental. The check in process was easy and the rental was squeaky clean - which always helps when you arrive later in the evening, especially in the winter. Garrett was very communicative and friendly. There was SO MUCH stuff in the kitchen to use. It is fully stocked and suits all your needs for cooking. What a great place. We may just have to to come back! :)

Wedding Weekend Getaway

Garrett has a wonderful, roomy place to stay. Very quiet (other than the geese that live on the golf course nearby). The house was very comfortable. My wife and I arrived along with our two children and their spouses for my nephew's wedding. The rest of the relatives stayed at a nearby house also owned by Garrett. Everything was as promised. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Condo/Location!

Selected this property for an annual fishing trip. Communication with the host (Garrett) was exceptional. Great location at the end of the street. Beautiful view from the deck overlooking the large pond/small lake. A lot of wildlife, including several otters. This unit was very clean with a very well stocked kitchen and a nice BBQ on the deck. Very comfortable beds and nice bath towels. Temps were a little high during the day. The AC kept the upstairs cool, and the ceiling fans were great downstairs. The large, empty garage was a bonus as we were able to store the kayaks and gear each night. The added bonus.... the fishing was very good on the lakes throughout Lakes Basin! I will not hesitate to (hopefully) book this next year.

Great Property

This is a great property to stay at. There was a slight issue with the cleaners running late, but the issue was communicated and resolved so quickly that it ended up turning into a positive experience! They were even kind enough to buy our group dinner while we waited for the cleaner to finish up. We really loved the location, the communication, and the property. Would definitely recommend it

Terrific Golf Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at 71 W. Ponderosa! Excellent location in the Plumas Pines GC development. Super clean with everything we needed for an extended golf weekend for my two brothers and myself. Only slight improvement I'd suggest was better/more TV channels/options but that was very secondary to the beautiful views from the home. We'll be back sooner than later!!!
