Room was immaculate, staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was lovely and a great selection, stayed for 1 evening meal, we had the steak pie with chips and peas which we would highly recommend, the only thing we didnt like was the 10% service charge, its not made obvious on the menu, its right at the bottom of the page and without my glasses i missed it, and again it was not made obvious at the till, i just dislike that the charge was not made more obvious.

Fantastic from start to finish. Rooms are cosy, warm and very very clean! Staff were lovely, gave the kids a box of sweets to share. Entertainment in the bar at the night (singer, bingo, then music), pool table and arcade games for the kids). Breakfast was lovely and all you can eat buffet. Very pleased with the stay for the price and we will definitely be staying again! We have stayed in many places in Blackpool but cleanliness and entertainment wise for the kids this was one of the best

First time visiting for a 3 night stay with my family and we coulnt fault it rooms where lovely and clean and breakfast was great help your self entertainment was great also would highly recommend and will definitely be returning next year.

Room was lovely & clean, no view windows were covered in a film as we over looked some yard & other windows! The fire alarm went of at 7.20 am, for enough time to waken us, then go of! Due to someone using hot shower? Arrived down at breakfast, what a let down! Food was slow, took 15 mins to top up hash browns, scrambled eggs, only thing there was plenty of was tomatoes!! Had to reheat it in microwave when everything arrived? Staff were less than pleasant at this point!

Ok thats all, highly priced for standard room

Standard double room whey to overpriced at £127, wow i was exoecting more for that price, small room, only 1 pillow each on bed, marked stained carpet, shabby sills, leaking sink, shower unusable, cery small and a fixed shower head....how can you clean properly wirh a fixed unit above your head!, and not cleaned to my standards, dirty blinds in cafe eating breakfast, for £127 you need step it up a bit, my stay my room i value it at £85 tops
