Lovely spacious apartment in Bishop Auckland

We had a lovely long weekend stay to visit family and go to the Miners Gala. The flat is really spacious and has all you need. Emma responded quickly to my questions. We'd definitely stay there again.

The house/garden was perfect for us to stop for the night with 3x children. It would have been good to have thicker curtains/or kind of black-out curtains for the bedrooms. The combinations of summer nights and the street lights made life a bit tricker to get children to settled for the night, but the beds was comfortable and big enough to share! The house is literally 3 min drive away for Morrison and that was a bonus as well.

We loved this property. It's so well set up for families. It's very spacious and the host really has gone out of their way to make sure there is everything on hand. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped. There is a washer/dryer and everything you need for breakfast (apart from the milk!) We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient stopover and well appointed

Stayed at this property on our way to Scotland. Instructions on how to get there and get in were good. Property neat, clean and well stocked compared to other places. Everything worked well for the stay and would recommend.

Overnight stay

The property was a great overnight stay on our journey from London to Scotland. We arrived late in the dark and cold. The premises was warm and welcoming. Great large rooms with great touches. Large comfy bed. We travelled with three dogs and were glad that the property was dog friendly. We would use again and recommend it to others.
