Room was newly decorated comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was fine but not much variety. Staff in hotel and restaurant were really friendly and helpful but some gym/pool staff were fixated on their phones and not as helpful to visitors! Clean room. Looks like I stayed in a brand new renovated room. There is a lot of building work being done with the lift to my floor being out so had to walk the rest of the way up stairs which wasn’t a big issue for me.

Great hotel, nice rooms, good bar and snacks. There was building work going on outside our room which we weren’t notified of so the window couldn’t be opened and the blind closed all the time as the work was literally outside, the scaffolding was almost touching the window

Rooms are lovely. But, upgrade to club room is pointless, pay for parking and pool access separately. At times on weekends the pool is unusable due to lane ropes and swimming lessons. Every exchange with staff felt like the guests were an inconvenience.
