Really poor overall. Air conditioning wasn’t working , could have the window open as too close to motorway junction and busy road . Sound proofing in room felt insufficient , sirens fairly regularly through the night . But the single worst element other than various damage points in the room was the green ‘night / emergency’ lighting . Literally lit up th whole room. The photo is from the bed , around 3am.

Staff were more interested in watching their phones and talking to eachother, wifi not working, room dirty, sheets stained, handwash in bathroom was washing up liquid, bed really uncomfortable, fixtures in room look damaged and scruffy

Very nice hotel, helpful staff and friendly. The hotel was in a very convenient position at jct. 2 on the M5.The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

It wasn't the best, the room had patches of wall not painted. The bedsides lamps didnt work. The duvet cover and pillow case were ripped at the seams. The entrance and reception area look lovely. A shame the rooms looked so shabby.
