My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything felt well taken care of. What really stood out was the staff every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Terrible guess service and terrible hotel unsafe!

We arrived at this hotel our room didn’t have a locked in the door so couldn’t lock the door. They finally put us in other room we get ready to take a shower we have no towels we call downstairs first she say we have no towels, Then she say we have some towels but you need to come get it don’t forget is 10pm we been driving all day. Terrible Hotel the guess service is very very unprofessional

The shower was cringy and I did not use it. The parking is terrible. The staff was extra chatty despite having a line of guests to check in. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The latter is the only reason I did not rate this property as “terrible”. There were more cons than pros.
