The Loft en Bird-In-Hand

El Loft es un pequeño apartamento (una habitación grande) por encima de nuestro garaje independiente. Estamos rodeados de tierras de cultivo Amish con una casa de la escuela Amish en el camino. Va a ver a nuestros vecinos Amish caminar, empujando scooters o en sus cochecitos utilizando el carril de la granja junto a nuestro camino. El loft tiene una cama tamaño queen (con un colchón increíble) y un sofá cama (tamaño doble). La mini cocina contiene nevera, microondas, tostadora y cafetera. El amplio cuarto de baño, además de una ducha con hidromasaje y doble lavabo. The Loft está totalmente amueblado con sábanas de hilo y toallas blancas de felpa. Lovely, clean and orderly place, conducive to relaxation and privacy. The plants provide an ‘earthy’ feel that aids the soul in resting.Sight & Sound theater is just a few miles away. Multiple restaurants within easy driving distance. Many places to shop and ‘puts around’. This is the third time we have rented from this family. They have been wonderful hosts and excellent communicators. We will stay again (if they will have us)!

Summer getaway

Our hotel stiffed us out of our room due to construction. Best thing that could have happened. Found this listing and its been a homerun. Our host has been great, the property and amenities have been fantastic. So nice to sit outside in silence and relax. Close to the attractions and local businesses that we wanted to visit. And the ride in off 322 is incredible to see. Will be back!!

Where do I begin? Everything was beyond my expectations. This was 10 out of 10 for a reason. The loft was beautiful and excellently prepared for our arrival. Our host can grow some plants which were beautifully arranged throught the loft. I loved the skylights so wonderfully bright in the morning. The host provided sleep masks for those who are light sensitive. The host was detail-oriented, thinking of every detail, even ice ready for drinks when we arrived. Ensure you read the visitor book for ideas and tips from others who have stayed at the loft. What are you waiting for? This place put a year back on my life. My wife and I were so blessed to stay here and celebrate our 30th Anniversary. Thanks to our host!

Comfy and Clean

The loft had everything that we needed to make our getaway weekend relaxing and stress free. It’s close to many of the local attractions. (Including, on the suggestion of our hosts, the wonderful Kauffman’s Orchards. Try the cider donuts!). This was our second stay on property; we stayed in the cottage next door last year. Great spot central to everything!

Had a great one night stay at the loft! So inviting and refreshing. Loved all the plants and fountain. Made it feel like a true escape. The best place ever

We had an amazing stay in the loft. It was perfect and had everything you could ever need. There is no TV but that is not what we came for and was not needed at all since the space had everything needed to relax including music, games, outdoor space with mini fire pit, a soaking jet tub and massage gun. The host was incredible. We will absolutely be back soon and many more times.

Country side oasis

I have been staying at this property for years growing up and now with my husband. It never disappoints me and only gets better each time. Peace & quiet, and leave feeling refreshed each time. The bed is super comfortable and there is everything you need that you can think of incase you forget something at home. Short drive to close by must stop places in Lancaster county.
