The spacious living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area is perfect for socializing - whether it's a family gathering, dinner with friends or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The layout of the villa is designed for maximum comfort - on the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, small gym with playroom and two bedrooms with bathrooms. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms - one with a private bathroom and the other with a bathroom right next to the room.
The outdoor area is a true Mediterranean oasis - in the center of the courtyard there is a large heated swimming pool (40 m²), surrounded by fragrant herbs, olive trees and local spices.
