The bungalows are located on a quiet and south-western slope with a view of the roofs of Binz at Zinglingstraße 15a. The fine sandy beach, the Binz beach promenade with its villas in the bathing architecture style and the center can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. For guests who are looking for good and affordable accommodation in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Binz, this bungalow complex is just the thing. Zinglingstrasse is currently being renovated in sections up to and including October 2019. Access is guaranteed up to 60 m by car. An alternative parking space is available.

Wolf im Schafspelz

Leider täuschen die Bilder über eine lieblose Renovierung und das abgewohnte Haus hinweg. Beim Betreten der Immobilie wird man von einem muffigen und schimmligen Geruch empfangen, der trotz lüften nicht verschwindet. Im Bad bestätigt sich der Schimmel in der Dusche. Die neuen "Möbel" sind schlecht montiert, und täuschen nicht über die lieblose Renovierung. Rügen ist eine tolle Insel...aber wir bereuen soviel Geld für die Miete gezahlt zu haben. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt nicht weiter.

Es sollte besser geputzt werden Unter den Betten lag der Staub der letzten Saison Wetter und die Insel selbst waren ein Traum
