Quiet and Convenient

Traveling with a dog, so we really appreciated being able to walk her through the neighborhood. Sweet little apartment, comfortable bed, nicely furnished. If we're passing through again, we'll definitely rebook.

This was a very nice place to lay your head, which is what we did. The amenities were a bit lower quality than expected, however it met the immediate need.

Home away from Home

We loved the property and the area was just perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we could have hoped for. The only problem we encountered was it happened to have been very hot weather that week and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. We reached out to owner in regards to this and was told they would not be able to get anyone out there to look at it until the next day. We were only there for a three day stay so first we reached out we had no response, second day we did get a response but it was the 4th and was told that no one would be able to come out until the next day. This was the day we were leaving. The humidity within the house made sleeping unbearable. This was my only major complaint with this place. I would still recommend it to anyone traveling to Binghamton NY. Our experience wasn’t what we hoped for but the place is perfect in every other way.

Clean and convenient

I liked this place for our quick stay to visit with family in Binghamton. It is clean and close to the area we wanted to be in. We had zero issues with anything during our stay, check in was easy, everything in the house worked, and had zero issues with noise. The neighborhood itself is just ok. This is a small property in a lower income area. We didn’t see many neighbors but the ones we did were very nice. It is safe and at no time did I feel my wife or kids needed to worry about anything at all. The one thing I’d point out (I think many bnb’s are similar) is that the furniture is very basic and uncomfortable. If you like a very firm bed you will like the master at this place. Really all the furniture feels that way.

small home, nice quiet neighborhood

We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed.

Cute apartment!

We had a great stay while spending the weekend in NY. The apartment was super cute and very clean and had everything we needed! The host was very nice and responsive. If we ever find ourselves in Binghamton again, we will absolutely be staying here!
