Staff was very nice. Room was spotless. My only issue is the pillows were way too hard. These pillows weren’t made to sleep on..more like for decoration. & the room we were in, every time someone flushed from another floor, we heard it in our bathroom..every 30 minutes

Lots of chipped paint on the trim in the room but could live with that. We had a two bedroom suite with five people. We only had four bath towels. I went to the front desk to request more when we left for dinner and three hours later they still have not brought them. They finally did after the second call. Didn't realize that they do not provide housekeeping unless you put the sign outside your door requesting service. I guess that was our mistake. The door to one of the bathrooms would not stay closed and the sliding shower door in the other bathroom would also not stay closed. It was adequate for our needs, especially for the price. But based on other reviews, I expected a little bit more.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. There was only one set of bath towels…need to be more. The water pressure from the shower was poor. The staff was good though and the room was clean.

Location is great! Room is oversized. We always enjoy going to the Sapphire Supper Club onsite. The hotel is really beginning to show some wear on its exterior. I noticed the carpets everywhere in the hall and the elevator needed vacuuming badly. We had to stuff pillows and towels under the doors because of the skunk weed smell coming in during the night. Less than stellar stay this time.
