The room was a place to sleep. The view we had was lovely. Could hear the pitter pat of little feet above our head. The shower was a combo with a small tub. The bed was quite hard but since we had a queen suite, we were able to use the other bed which was a bit more comfortable. The staff were wonderful and enjoyed the poker bar where the bartender was awesome.

The room was comfy and spotless. There was a bit of wear and tear, but overall, the hotel looked pretty good. The casino wasn't as packed as some others. The downside? You can hear other rooms' doors slamming, which might be a nuisance at the crack of dawn.

I really enjoyed my stay at Palace Casino Resort. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I especially loved that the property is smoke-free, which made the experience much more pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good. Nice ocean view too. Only issue was the outside noise, and it is too much. We can hear the people walking and talking outside our room, very loud. The door closing of rooms next door and opposite side can be heard and very loud too. I wish they had better noise control in the rooms.

Hotel was PERFECT on the inside. Great non-smoking establishment until you walk out the door and are hit with the smoking area 5 feet from the door. Can we not ask the door men to direct the smokers atleast 25 feet from the front door.
