Not people friendly. Spend 15 minutes at check in arguing with staff over a Best Western gift card. Staff could not understand why my credit card was not charged online, therefor my reservation was cancel despite the fact I confirmed via text AND via phone, informing them of my Best Western gift card AND my small dog. Gift card was not applied, but placed as payment on my credit card without consent. I was to tired to argue after driving 7 hours.

Everything was really nice the only issue was i called for some extra pillows and never got them but we were there 2 days and nights for our 15th wedding anniversary a little trip alone together and we loved it the room was nice and clean the pool and hot tybe were amazing the gree breakfast was very good and the staff were nice and helpful except for the night time person working the booking in front i asked for extra pillows and got nothing not even a call saying anything as to why we didnt get them but other than that we had a nice time and we will be returning next year and maybe sooner
