Terrible. Bed bugs. Roaches. Sometimes they didn't even have toilet paper. Loud. Dirty. Laundry didn't work. People knocking on your window at 7 AM. Housekeeping walking in at 3 AM. I would NOT recommend this place

Reserved 2 rooms literally over a month ago in anticipation of a cross country move. I showed up after driving 14 hours to a sign that said "We're closed." The guy at the desk said he had no access to anything and that I'd have to "figure it out with whatever third party company I booked through." Still fighting to get my refund through hotels.com and PISSED about it.

It's a motel 6. It's very affordable. We traveled with our 6yr old and felt safe enough. We couldn't lock the window and we were on a ground floor room. But we managed to lock it with some stuff we had. The area is industrial and nothing easily walkable. But everyone was kind and there wasn't anyone untoward around.

No notice of cancellation

They cancelled my reservation due to a problem with the building (maybe) and didn't bother to tell me that the place was shut down. I'm not happy with motel6 in Billings at all.

There was no hand railing, which made it difficult to walk down the stairs carrying a suitcase. Terrible smell coming out of the heater. Not clean.

The rooms were not cleaned. The beds were stinking, the bathroom tub handle was not working, two used hand towels, holes in the wall. It is a dis-service to let customers book rooms and have to deal with the sad situation. Please give full refund.

We arrived to check in at 8pm, well within the check in window, and there was no one at the front desk or anywhere to be found. For about 30 minutes, we called their phone multiple times, walked around the building looking for someone and sent a message, and never received a response. Eventually, we gave up and stayed at the other Motel 6 across the street. Apparently this is a common issue at this property. Stay away!!

How in Hell does Motel 6 allow it's name to be on this piece of crap motel. Check in agent lied to me about internet. There is none. First room had food and drink in it. Moved to a much smaller room by the liar. My complaint list is: No internet as advertised and assured by agent. No water glass for medicine, etc. No phone No door security lock (broken ?for years?) Only 1 pillow very thin blanket Website lists many things that are not there Drunks and noise
