Breakfast was superb. The AC was on last leg making weird noises and not keeping room cool. We were able to move to another room where AC was working . New room was a little more updated than first except there was black mold. Bathroom. Told GM at front desk.

Check in was easy, and staff was friendly and efficient. My one nit was that the beds were too close to the walls, when there was enough room to move them in a few inches which would have made getting out of bed for everyone much easier.

Walls and overall room are not very sound proof. People above us stomping around and loud at 4am. People walking outside our room at 4am very loud. Someone knocked on our door at 11pm, but were not there when we got up to look. Bed was very uncomfortable and noisy when moving around- felt like cardboard under us and almost bounced you out of the bed when turning over. Mostly clean room, needed vacuumed better. Clean linens and bedding. Pillows were fairly comfortable. Parking close to your room is a nightmare- not enough space. I feel $100 a night is too much to ask for such an old establishment without a decent bed. I can look past other things, since noise is not the hotel's fault, but not being able to sleep and waking up stiff because the bed is bad, is not acceptable for the amount. Id rather pay $50 more to stay at an updated place.

It’s definitely an old hotel! Restroom is decent but the hotel needs a lot of upgrades. If they are wanting to keep it the way it is because they want it to look authentic then ok but at least upgrade the mattresses.

I loved the place, charming, until I had an "appearance" while sleeping. It was probably a dream, but it felt so real, even my dog got uncomfortable after I jumped out of my bed and ran to my husband's bed. It was a young girl with long hair and long pajamas. Other than that, it was a charming...if you're afraid of ghosts, don't stay here.

It was clean. The area around the property was like a miniature Denver. Lots of homeless and dug addicts.

The room itself was impeccably clean and delightfully decorated with a western theme. Location is directly downtown in an area with great walking access to independent coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The building itself could use some updating to carpet and common areas. There is no elevator for guests to access the second floor.

The lady who greeted us when we arrived was incredibly nice, the beds were super comfy, we stayed in a nice little 1 king room and it was just perfect. We were told of the $8 breakfast at their attached restaurant, and the food was delicious. My boyfriend got a very large and tasty breakfast burrito, and I got the French toast which was also great. Overall great experience!
