Had issue with one bedroom being unusable for entire 3-night stay due to unclean sheets; discovered someone had wet the bed immediately after laying in it. Advised property manager Justin next morning after our late night arrival. He offered to send someone over, but never did. After checkout, he never offered any compensation for us having 2 beds instead of 3 for our party of 5 the entire stay. After several back and forth emails, we gave up. Very unprofessional communication from him claiming we are desperate for $$. Couldn't be farther from the truth. Simply expect to get what we paid for. He will claim he already refunded us, but that was due to him initially misquoting the cost to add one additional night. If you stay in one of his properties, beware.
