Welcome to this spectacular house with a garden in Plentzia. In it you can enjoy the rest and comfort of this spacious private two-story property, overlooking the estuary of the Butron River, from which you can access directly for aquatic activities, such as paddle surfing. It's just outside the city centre, protected by nature and surrounded by green trails. It's a residential area closely linked to the natural environment. As it moves away from the most lively area of Plentzia, it offers a more relaxed atmosphere, ideal for those who seek accommodation for rest, but not far from the leisure and gastronomy possibilities offered by the area.

The neighborhood is a starting point or gateway for hiking by the river (for example, the road to Butron Castle) and, although further away from the tourist bustle and the beach, it has transportation services, being connected to the rest of Plentzia, and even to Bilbao through the metro mouth, excluding the car.

A private fence gives us access to the car parking area and to the spectacular house with a beautiful garden.
