Dead rat left in room before check in. Dog hairs all over hot tub, shower, bed sheets and pillows. Along with all of the discrepancies in the unit we were still denied a later check out time to accommodate our troubles.

The room is very old and dirty. They didn’t make warm when I check in, so it was like a freezer. Only heating system was in the bed room. No heater in living room. It was terrible property I have ever stayed.
