Cute and clean place. There is no one to check in with at the desk so that is not ideal. I was having issues with the online check in so that made it inconvenient. The only complaint I do have is the water pressure is absolutely horrible and we have stayed here 3 times now and in all 3 rooms it has been the same.

It was ok. Strange check in. No one there. Self check in. Most places will check you in if you are only 15 min early, which I was. The self check in on the web would not let me check in until exactly 4 pm. Loke others have said, paper thin walls. Someone in a near room had a dog that barked until late in the night. All in all, not a bad place. Just a little different than what I’m used to. One of the nicer inexpensive hotels around there.

Room was not cleaned properly before we arrived, fridge still had old food in it and spilled red juice all over the bottom of the fridge that I ended up having to clean because the hotel does not keep staff on hand at all times. I would say one out of the five times we needed to speak with someone out of the four days we were there we actually had a face-to-face interaction. They do most of their business remotely…? Which seems strange, there is a sign posted at the front desk that tells you to text them if you need something. We also had an issue with our room keys the second day, and when we text the number they told us there was a coffee cup on the front desk with everyone’s extra keys (by last name). I found the “remote” staffing very strange and unhelpful. There was also no one to get extra towels or toilet paper etc, you had to text the number and they directed you to find it yourself in closets or storage rooms. Also, the wifi went in and out the entire time we were there. Almost once every few hours, very frustrating when you have work that needs to be done on a timeline. We asked about that as well and they just told us to log off and log back in, no help. Also was an unsecured server so make sure you have a VPN or something like it if you plan to use the wifi. As for the good, we do like that this hotel allows us to bring our dogs. Pet fee is reasonable as well. And although the staff was remote (except for every now and then) they were very nice, and helpful.

Great cozy place. I was traveling solo, and wanted quiet accommodations. There were families staying at the hotel, but the management was courteous enough to put me in a different part of the hotel. I loved the "Boutique" look. It was very comfortable, including the bed. I also like that I was in Big Bear Village. It made it easy to go out for a drink and get back home.

I would find another dog-friendly spot. The lobby and “vibe” is pleasing at first. However, the walls are paper thin and everything is an “add-on” to include your pet. The check-in process was like an Escape Room without a front desk worker and you had to find your key card in a mug.

Everything was good. Cozy rooms and great location. When it was time for bed, the sheets were dirty as well as the pillow cases. When we lifted the sheets on the bed here was dirts and stains. So gross. When we asked for clean sheets, they were brought to our room. Everything else was good. Hopefully that doesn’t happen to anyone else.
