Informed upon arrival that hot water was not working properly, but that they were "working on it". After a long afternoon of driving to an area with cold temperatures, hot water is expected. I would never pay for a hotel that didn't have hot water. We stayed there 1 night and paid over $450+ for our room, 2 pets and parking. A hot shower should be a given. Also, asked for a late check-out at time of booking; was not informed that this was not possible until the day of check out when I "confirmed" with the front deck. She said all the "doubles" were booked so no late check out on that room. The primary reason we selected this property was for the late check out. As a gold member this is usually never an issue. I understand if they are fully committed, but they should have suggested a different type room, in order to fulfill this request when we checked in. Overall not a great experience.
