Simple hotel located just off the main road, close to many stores and not far from North Lake or Big Bear Village destinations. Very small indoor pool (put 20 people in there and you'll feel like Vegas on Memorial Day) and jacuzzi. Things could have been a little cleaner - some kind of brown stains on the bathroom wall and the outside area had a lot of bird droppings that no one bothered to remove for the 2 days we were there. Wasn't thrilled with the surprise $29 parking fee - seemed unnecessary for a hotel of this caliber.

This was a super clean hotel!!! We had a corner room and it was huge, the staff was so friendly and it seemed as if the hotel staff never stopped cleaning or helping guests. I was very happy with our stay and do recommend it to others. I actually am looking forward to staying here again.

HIDDEN FEES! Charging $29 dollars for parking after paying for our room was not nice! They stopped the airlines for squeezing every last dollar from their guest's wallets...perhaps they'll do the same with Hilton...

The images on the website are misleading. The property is quite far from the waterfront. The staff were amazing and very helpful. But the quality of room (fixtures etc) was subpar. Lastly, the sink ran cold water until you take a shower which does have hot water and then the sink has hot water. Mess up the sequence and you will be waiting a long time. The quality of service though - world class.

Too noisy!

Stayed on first floor. Very loud the entire stay - with the people staying above us. Requested a switch in rooms, took til the next day for someone to respond to me. Said they called the visitors above us but they did not bc the noise just got worse. Second day they moved us to the second me floor. Unsure why, bc the same issue could have occurred with the thin walls since there are 3 floors total. Thankfully, it did not. No management involvement, nothing offered to us due to our experience; the hotel is very nice and clean, but if you want a good nights sleep - would not recommend. OR - request floor 3! :)
