Evergreen Retreat es un excelente lugar para alojarse si le gustan los deportes de verano y de invierno en la montaña. Esta hermosa casa es una sola historia con 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, un hermoso spa y a poca distancia de Snow Summit !! WI-FI GRATIS. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario incluyendo microondas y cocina a gas / parrilla. Hay una mesa de una cena informal para 6 personas con asientos adicionales en la barra de bar. El área de la sala de estar conectada tiene una gran chimenea de leña, TV de pantalla plana montada arriba de la chimenea con internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. El dormitorio principal es amplio, con una cama king size, baño completo personal, un televisor de pantalla plana y tiene acceso al patio posterior vallado con terraza y un spa. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. Los dormitorios tres y cuatro tienen camas gemelas sobre literas completas con sofá cama para 4 personas en cada habitación. Fácilmente disponible para su uso es el segundo baño y lavadero completo en el pasillo. Esta propiedad se encuentra en gran terreno arbolado con vallas de privacidad arbolada. En el garaje hay una mesa de ping pong y una mesa de futbolín. Es un paseo fácil a las pistas de la Cumbre, ideal para ciclismo de montaña y senderismo en el verano, snowboard y esquí en el invierno. Se encuentra a sólo minutos del lago, El Pueblo, restaurantes y tiendas. Hay un amplio aparcamiento nivel para 4 coches. Este es un gran precio para un gran hogar y la ubicación!

We recently stayed at Evergreen and thought it was excellent, especially for larger families . The management company was quick to answer any questions and kind . The home is dated , but amenities are good and the home is clean. I would stay here again if traveling with a large group . The only thing I do believe there should have been a few more towels left out and some more toilet paper rolls . Overall a fantastic experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is more spacious than the photos reveal. The living room has a lot of space and the game room in the garage allowed our group to spread out. Bring your own laundry and dish washing detergent and bring extra towels. The hot tub is easily accessible from the home and has some lounge seats. Snow Summit is an easy walk!

Beautiful house that had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. There were no trash bags, which was likely just a mistake, but they were quick to respond and drop some off. The a/c never turned on but it only felt warm during the night and the fans they provided sufficed to cool us down. The only real issue we had was that the shower in the master bedroom drained VERY slowly. Other than that, it’s a great house near the town and surrounding activities.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shag carpet was gross to walk on without socks. Back room was huge, but queen size bed was tough to sleep in. Should be king, with soft pillows. Wished I would have brought my own. Heater thermostat was off. If you put heat above 58 you burn up. Don't know what that issue was about. Walking distance to Summit is always a good thing. House has great potential.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and the home was right around the corner. It had all the amenities although we couldn’t find a broom where the supplies were located. It was a short walk about 10 minutes to Snow Summit where we did some tubing and had a bite/drinks. Recommend taking extra trash bags, paper towels and napkins. Plenty of plates, utensils, drink/cookware. The home itself is spacious.

Cute and Cozy Cabin!

A perfect location and house size! There was little things like I wished management would've made sure all the lightbulbs were new/worked since the house is on the older side but overall the house was clean and cozy!

Wonderful house - walking distance to Snow Summit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 2 families of 4 staying in this house for 4 days over NYE and it was wonderful! The house is large and spacious with everything you will need for a great vacation. The bedrooms are all very large, as is the couch (very important for a ski vacation) and the living spaces. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely dated, but everything works. There is a jacuzzi in the back, but we were unable to use the jets because it short circuited the electricity box. Finally, even our 7 yr old skier was able to walk from the house directly to the base of the mountain in his boots. The location is really perfect. We would love to stay here again.

Ideal location for Summit - dated but clean house

To start, the management company did a great job with communication, the property was clean, and very well set up to entertain our our group (3 adults, 2x 15 years old, 3x 13 years old, 2x 10 years old). The house is spacious and ideally located for heading to Summit. The house was cleaned very well and highly functional for a large group. The lows/negatives; it has more carpet then I’d like in a rental and could use some renovations. They’d probably fetch a higher rental price if renovated so not sure If I really want those done or not. We’ll be renting this place again hopefully.

Beautiful cabin

We stayed here for a weekend retreat. It was a very nice, spacious cabin! Great location, big bedrooms, lots of beds, furniture in good condition. Everything was great!

Perfect snowy getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Evergreen Estate. With four adults and six small children, the house layout was perfect and the big backyard was ideal for safely playing in the snow. The house is well kept, spacious, and super close to the slopes. We would love to stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Starting off, there was no screen on master bedroom slider or living room slider, so couldn’t have doors open due to misquotes. No fans except in dinning room. Was hot, understand no air conditioning, but being able to have the sliders open would of been nice. Also the buttons of the door of the refrigerator were broken so you had to open up the freezer to get the ice out. Toaster would of come in handy. Besides that it was clean and roomy.

Beautiful property surrounded by pine trees

My family and I stayed here last week for a weekend getaway. The home was clean and spacious, everyone had a great time bbq and relaxing in the hot tub. We would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the "Evergreen Retreat" property that sleeps 14 people comfortably and is walking distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort. We had full capacity and invited other friends over and still felt there was plenty of space to socialize.Working with the staff at Big Bear Property Services was simple and they were very respectful (Employee Jeff was wonderful). As we did have a noise complaint or two from the local neighbor, Jeff would send us a friendly text reminder to keep everyone inside and try to keep it down. I would hands down work with them again and will stay at the Evergreen Retreat again as well. Only thing I may recommend is having the house stocked with a few cleaning supplies as we attempted to clean our mess without any. I brought extra paper towels and a couple bath towels that were definitely needed!! It would be nice to know in advance that we should have brought extra towels as we were still short with all the showers and many people getting in and out of the jacuzzi. But, it all still worked out and I will be coming back!Thank you for the wonderful stay! Amanda

We brought towels and pots and pans, but didn't need them. They even had extra large pots to cook for a large group/family. The fools ball table was a hit with the guys and the kids. The pool table was an out door pool table and was warped & only had 1 pool cue but it was still fun. It was a nice get away with all the conveniences of home.
