Difficult reservation system, Communication by text only. The links were troublesome for confirmation. Very clean, spacious, disappointing getaway with heavy traffic on Big Bear Blvd The gas fireplace was not the same as a wood-burning fireplace. Will be sure to get a cabin off Big Bear Blvd. next visit .

OK, clean but dated

The hot/cold controls on the hot tub are really lose almost falling out of the hole, lighting is really dim, pull chain for the ceiling fan was missing (i fixed it myself) parking is tight for a full size truck or SUV, trees had been partially trimmed over our parking spot but not trimmed enough. The branches put a nice scratch in the roof of my truck. Other than that the place was clean and quite, just old

Nice place for the weekend if you're looking for a quaint, cute, little spot. However, it could use some upgrades. Couch was the worse and even looked stained. However, we put a sheet on it and it worked for a couple nights.

Cozy, just needs upgrades

Super cute room. Bed was hard, yet you sunk in. Couch was very, very worn down. You can feel the metal bars when you sit down. Jacuzzi tub is super cool, but unfortunately the jets in my cabin weren't working, but I still enjoyed the tub very much. You're also able to watch TV from the tub, which is really nice. The shower has 2 shower heads, be prepared to lose a little water pressure when using both. I enjoyed the location, very close to a lot of things. There is assigned parking via a sign on one of the cabins. I would 100% stay here again if they upgraded the bed and couch. There is a mini fridge and microwave, both work well. There weren't any tissues in the room, which I thought was odd.

The Wi-Fi is not very good and therefore there were some issues with television reception, but the bed was so comfortable the Jacuzzi tub so refreshing. I enjoyed having the microwave and coffee maker in my room as well as a large bathroom area beautiful cozy fireplace that I’ll come back in the winter to enjoy.

Great Romantic Getaway

Very Cozy with a nice, firm bed, fireplace, couch and jacuzzi tub wide enough to sit side by side snd watch TV. Also loved the two shower heads with plenty of room to shower together. Located North of Division Rd so we got a chance to explore reataurants and shops we don't typically see when staying close to the villiage, like a newly discovered favorite, Pickles Pie Shop, where you'll find the best home made pies on the mountain. Order ahead, they run out fast.

I had mice in my room, it was dirty and had stains and sap on the couch, The bed was super uncomfortable, and the fireplace continued to put out heat even after I turned it off. I ended up having to turn the gas off myself. I texted them (since there is nobody actually on-site) to tell them about the mice and the fireplace and request a refund for the following nights but they would only respond to my complaint about it being too hot. I never did get a refund. I could have dealt with the room being dirty, but between the mice, the bed, and the heat I could not sleep all night and I had an event the next day which I was totally destroyed for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, PAY AN EXTRA $100 AND GET A REAL ROOM. I ended up getting a room at Sessions and it was wonderful.
