Welcome to Coachella! This 75m2 apartment is located in the heart of the Saint Charles neighborhood in Biarritz. Its vintage decoration and retro style will charm you. Ideally located close to shops and 600 meters from the MIRAMAR beach, it offers an ideal location to enjoy the city.
To access it, it is on the 2nd floor of the residence (without elevator). As soon as you enter, you will be conquered. You will find everything you need for a hassle-free stay: sheets, towels, and hygiene products for your comfort.
The apartment features an elegant and comfortable living room, equipped with a velvet sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for up to 4 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a SMEG refrigerator, gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and tableware. It has two charming bedrooms, equipped with a 140 double bed and storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.

Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essential items). Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Soft bath towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing. Surface cleaning at the end of the stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest. You will meet a member of the Homies Holidays team, who will assist you throughout your stay. Our team speaks French, English, and Spanish. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with your stay.
Advantages:
Dog-friendly, we accept one dog during the stay for an additional fee of 15 euros per night. A basket, two bowls, a sofa protector, a brush, and a towel to wipe paws are provided. The stop for the free shuttle is nearby, and takes you throughout Biarritz. Everything is within walking distance, local shops, restaurants (Michelin-starred restaurant L'impertinent), beaches. Close to Sébastien Zozaya's charcuterie, best craftsman of France. A key box with code will allow you to access the accommodation without time constraints (from 4 pm). "Square Ferdinand Hirigoyen" park at 140m with a playground for children.
Disadvantages:
The building does not have an elevator. No private parking space but free parking on Raoul Follereau street 130m from the accommodation with a charging station for electric vehicles. A plumbing issue has been detected in the residence which may cause unpleasant odors. While waiting for the problem to be definitively resolved, we have put plugs in the bathroom drains. Please note that our charming accommodation is located in an old residence, which means that occasionally, noise from the neighbors above may be heard.

Joli appartement tres bien situé
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un quartier sympa calme et plein de commerces. A peine 10 min à pied du centre ville. L'appartement est tres confortable et lumineux Seul petit bemol : l'insonorisation.

Merci à Jade, Nous sommes arrivés en milieu de journée dans un appartement très bien situé. Et même, si le mobiliers à beaucoup vécu....les draps (propres) avec cheveux et sang ont été changé après insistance vers 19h...quelques souvenirs des clients précédants...oubliés par le service de propreté. Mais Biarritz reste superbe. Merci pour ces souvenirs

Appartement spacieux
Mais cuisine et salle d'eau d'un ètat moyen. Pas de ventilation efficace dans la cuisine : les meubles de la cuisine sont donc poisseux. La salle d'eau à un problème de canalistion ce qui entraine une odeur desagreable.
