Stinky room. This hotel much below standard than written in reviews for 5 star deluxe hotel. Staffs are not that friendly. The breakfast is just ok. No good room service. The room is not up to standard. I will not opt for this hotel next time.

Will not be staying here again. If you want a truly restful and undisturbed 5 star hotel experience go to Mayfair! Constant interruption from knocking on doir and calling from front desk, air con ran water all over the floor that i stepped out of bed into in morning, rented a suite with a sitting area for business meeting but guest are not allowed past lobby. Entire experience was like 2 star hotel

Room was stinky and hard to breathe. AC is not in good shape to cool down. We checked in late and still the AC was not on. It took long time to get a temperature to sleep. Breakfast was nice. Just to drop us bext door did not help us. Bad management. Wont return for sure.

The overall quality of the hotel is very good. One can easily book a sight seeing tour by car offered by the hotel's service, to the temples of the town, or outside for instance to the Konark sun temple. I can recommend the dinner buffet with so many nice choices and an eperienced service. The guest relation executive Ms Dash was especially attentive and helpful making my dinner even more valuable.

The property is nice, overall service was very good, staff were friendly and the location is good for sightseeing in Bhubaneswar, Puri, Konark etc. The only two things that wasn't good are 1. The moment I got out of the elevator and entered the floor of my room, the whole floor smelled like smoke. Though they say it's a non smoking property, clearly that is not the case. 2. The staff that dropped my suitcase in the room just stood there listening to my phone conversation and I had to politely ask him to leave.

Room Cancelled - no refund as I arrived late

I was to arrive in Bhubaneshwar in the early hours of 26th by train and wanted to reach the hotel and sleep for a few hours before I head out again. Hence decided to make a reservation for the previous night itself so that I wouldn't have to deal with the hassles of an early check in. Unfortunately my train got delayed and when I reached the hotel early in the morning hoping to check in and get some sleep - I was in for a rude shock. They told me that my room was cancelled as it was treated as a no show the night before and hence refused to honor my booking and give me a room (although they did have rooms available). I told them that my phone number was on record and the onus was on them too to confirm if the guest is not coming before unilaterally deciding to cancel the room treating it as a no show and appropriating the entire amount paid; the staff were pretty rude and refused to even consider my situation Flabbergasted but too tired to go anywhere else, I paid the full price for an entire day rent at the hotel and booked another room and got some rest. I travel all the time but this has never happened to me previously. Sad that it should even happen and that too at a premier hotel

Swosti Premium, I stayed for almost a week. One of the grandeur hotel in Bhubaneswar located in a posh area with other adjacent five star hotels. Cozy, quality and comfort. I got to meet many friends and authors in the lobby, cafe, or in their restaurant. The staff particularly Anant, and Kamaluddin were always preset with a smile to take care of my needs. Other staffs as well were friendly and courteous. Would love to come back again at this place.
