We were a family of four adults and two children staying for one night as a stopover. We had a two bed apartment and this worked for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to park our two huge vehicles (one mini van and one SUV with roof box). The gentleman checking us in spoke perfect English and was super helpful.

This hotel we found to be rather bleak and its décor spartan. All the staff we spoke to were very polite, friendly and helpful. However, the standard of the hotel's fittings and finish could best be described as budget and at worst cheap - our room’s minimal furniture was tired, grubby and scuffed. This room was one of the larger ones, no issues there, but its ambience was that of a minicab office that hadn't been refurbished in far too long. The bed was comfortable, the towels/bed linen clean and our room was cleaned once during our one-week stay, satisfactorily in general. Some corners of our bathroom had not seen a cleaning cloth for some time though, it appeared - not awful, but not nice to see - there's an issue with gritty dust that just seems to propagate around the place for some reason. The kitchen facilities we expected to be basic and were functional, but the same observations apply as above, with their wood laminate surfaces in need of retirement. We were provided with a random selection of utensils, e.g. a frying pan, but no spatula to turn food over. We did pay for the breakfast buffet, once, which was adequate, but had a limited choice considering it's at an extra cost. We have stayed in other 'aparthotel' style places in France and in Spain, of all of which were far superior to Zenitude (Béziers), in all respects. If you want a relatively cheap stay and are not too bothered by your surroundings, this could be the place for you. Disappointedly, not one for us.

Staff very kind and helpful, laundry and property very good.The problem it says 13 min walking from train station but it does not mention that it is walking up hill, caring a luggage for 20min. It is extremely tiring. But I believe all hotels are at the top of the hill. I would advise to get a taxi.

Ideal on a budget

Nice budget hotel. Just outside of the main area, 10 min walk to a boulevard with shops and restaurants and about 15/20 to the old town area. Nice enough area of beziers and perfect for what we wanted (stayed there 4 nights and visited montpellier and pepingnan). Only 1x pillow each but asked for another and given no problem.

This was ok for one night but it feels more like a nice students residence than an aparthotel, which we expected. It’s also a bit of a walk to restaurants. There’s also not 24 hour reception. However it’s clean and well equipped and the area feels safe.

The property doesnt look like much from the outside and the area did not feel safe. However, we walked to town for dinner and back around midnight and everything was fine. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was ok. Parking was safe and parking spaces were of good size.
