It was terrible. We booked this property based on the representation that it had a working indoor pool. When we checked in the pool was broken. We immediately asked for a refund because that was the only reason we chose the property. They have refused to provide a credit or refund even though we left the property immediately and booked a hotel with a working pool near bye also through Expedia. I am very disappointed in Expedia for doing nothing to help with the situation.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water in shower. Pool and fitness center were great Asked for a light bulb when we checked in, was told we had to wait until next day, light bulb never came. The breakfast time of 6am to 9am not desirable; I complained and was told open from 6am to 10am on weekends and holidays only. Dec 29 and 30 holidays for me! Breakfast very mediocre. Too crowded and understaffed (though the one gal there was working very hard). Long line to the waffle mamchine

Everything was clean and organized the front desk staff was courteous and helpful whenever we approached them and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful too. The continental breakfast was great. The pool was a bit too crowded and the water was not as warm as it was expected. The only suggestion I have is that the quality of the pillows and mattress need to improve they where not comfortable at all. Overall it was a great experience and I would consider staying here once more.

Great stay overall! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was that the pool water was murky. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we’d gladly stay again.

We stayed 2 nights they told us breakfast is from 6am-10am so we went the one day and for our second day we went around 9am but they had already taken away the breakfast and said it ended at 9am.

Nothing majorly wrong, just a few small things. Stuff left in Freezer by last guest wasn't cleaned out. A few hairs in the bottom of the shower that weren't cleaned out fully. Just enough to make me wonder if I missed anything else that I just didn't see.
