Un condominio de playa con encanto 3ra casa del océano

Este encantador condominio de 2 dormitorios está a solo unos pasos de la playa. Disfrute relajándose en la terraza cubierta o pasee por la playa privada. Este condominio de 2 dormitorios (conocido por los amantes de la playa como el delfín verde) es muy limpio, cómodo y bien mantenido. Está en una comunidad pintoresca ubicada en un edificio compartido por solo otras 3 unidades. La cocina completa es luminosa y bien ventilada y la habitación familiar es espaciosa y acogedora con un sofá cama de tamaño completo y cómodas sillas para relajarse. Una de las habitaciones tiene una cama queen size y la otra habitación tiene una litera nido.

El balcón cubierto es perfecto para disfrutar de una comida familiar o simplemente relajarse. Cuenta con mesa, sillas y vistas a la playa. También hay una ducha exterior y un lavamanos separado. El estacionamiento está disponible debajo de la unidad para un automóvil y hay espacio en el camino de entrada para otro automóvil. Mike's Fish Camp es un restaurante al final de la calle (muy conveniente), sirve almuerzos y cenas.

El Green Dolphin está a solo tres casas de la playa, lo que proporciona un acceso rápido y conveniente a la playa privada. Su excelente ubicación ofrece acceso rápido al centro de Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey o Ocean City. Está lo suficientemente cerca como para acceder a toda la emoción, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad.

We'd happily return to this apartment! The location (if what you want is to be extremely close to the ocean) is hard to beat, and the porch area is incredible--we were out there for hours each day. It's a very short drive to groceries and the heard of Bethany, and a wide range of other stuff is very accessible. Owner was very responsive to our messages (not that we had any major issues to deal with during our stay).

Check-in could not have been easier with prompt communication from the owner who let us know that the place was ready before our allotted time. Key pad lock meant no losing keys and it made it so easy to come and go from the beach. The decor was very tasteful, adding to the pleasant experience. Eating at a table on the porch surrounded by cozy couches with warm lighting was enhanced by seeing the ocean through two openings between beach front properties. The kitchen was well stocked for most needs, though I made a note to myself to bring a cheese grater, garlic press, and a stainless steel frying pan (not a fan of stick-free surfaces) if I stay in the future. Though, I understand that these are uncommon items in many summer rentals due to the the limited needs of vacationers! Overall super happy and prefer this place over a couple of other places in which I’ve stayed on this block. No problems at all. Parking was easy. Being on the top floor meant it was private, and only having our direct next door neighbors passing by our porch. Very beautiful and comfortable and would like to reserve again!

Great Getaway

We have been staying here for many years now and it is always a wonderful time. Nothing beats being able to walk less than 5 minutes and have your feet in the sand! The neighborhood is quiet and the house has everything you could need. Thank you again for your hospitality and hope to return soon!

Erin is super easy to work with and responds quickly. The unit is clean and has all the amenities you would need for a vacation. Super close to the beach. We used the porch a lot along since it had a nice breeze as well as the large outdoor shower. We plan to return!

Great host communication

I had to give 4 stars on cleanliness only because the cleaning crew did not do a good job preparing the place for new guests, beds were not made and blankets and pillows were piled in the closet clearly used and not folded or ready, floors were not cleaned and counters had some food stuck to them as well. We communicated with the host and she immediately gave us access to some cleaning supplies and was very responsive through the whole start of our trip. After that it was all good. The apartment is so nicely set up, the porch furniture was comfortable and it is so close to the beach. Overall a 5 star experience with a slight blip for the cleanliness. Would stay there again though.

Perfect week!

The house was exactly as described in the listing! We would definitely stay here again. Since the house is on the smaller side for our 4 adults, we used the outside porch quite a bit for eating and hanging out (there was a nice breeze) and took full advantage of the outside showers. This seemed to make the house feel more spacious and we weren't on top of each other. We spent most of the time at the beach which was a super quick walk away. Erin was great to work with and prompt in responding to questions.

Can’t be beat!

Perfect spot to stay with 2 younger kids - 1 minute walk to the private, less crowded beach which allowed us to easily leave for lunch or snacks back at the house without having to pack everything up - quiet neighborhood but still only a short drive to both boardwalks. Easy communication with the host and a clean, comfortable place with a great outdoor deck for cocktails at night. We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed

Thank you for a wonderful week. We love the Tower Shores private beach community-much quieter than in town and so convenient to walk back to the house if we needed a break or grab lunch. We spent most of our days at the beach with excursions into Bethany and Rehoboth and the outlets. All an easy drive away. We loved having meals or hanging out on the deck. The condo had everything we needed. We hope to be back! Thank you again!
