Houve uma flexibilidade muito nota 10 pela supervisora do hotel no meu check in. A piscina fecha mais cedo que o horário informado, a piscina não aquece nada como prometido. Faltou papel higiênico no quarto do hotel.

Várias famílias que estavam hospedadas na mesma semana relataram que essa era a segunda e até terceira vez que estavam se hospedando lá, o que já achei um bom sinal. Essa impressão se confirmou, nossa experiência foi perfeita. Tudo impecável, limpo e atendimento muito atencioso. Serviço de praia nota mil. Bom, mas pode ter um plus!

Estadia boa. Café da manhã ótimo. Hotel bom. Um pouco longe do centro de Bertioga e da Riviera. Não tem opções de restaurantes e sorveterias próximas. Restaurante do hotel fecha muito cedo (17h), o que dificulta pra quem quer ficar no hotel e descansar ou não está afim de sair por causa de chuva, como foi meu caso. Os mercados tbm não são tão pertinho... pela redondeza, as ruas são escuras e não muito bonito, meio cara de bimboca... A praia é boa, familiar, mas tem muita pomba. No hotel, falta uma área kids e também seria interessante ter a opção de terceiros alugarem uma pequena area do hotel para montarem uma lojinha ou um café, tipo bistrô.

O Hotel é razoavel. Limpeza do banheiro a desejar. Localizacao péssima. Afastado. Local extremamente perigoso. Presenciei um assalto na porta do hotel no momento em que cheguei com meu filho de carro. Praia próxima muito mal frequentada. Nao pudemos ver os fogos na praia por recomendacao do proprio funcionario do hotel que nos orientou nao ir na praia por ser perigoso. Wi-fi nao funciona! Preço de Riviera pra entrega de hospedagem em OSasco. Péssimo! Nao recomendo.

Otimo hotel! Super limpo, confortavel e os funcionarios bastante simpaticos tornando o atendimento incrivel. Cafe da manha delicioso com bastante opcoes de doces, salgados s frutas A praia de indaia tambem é otima, tranquila, limpa e com o atendimento do hotel na praia fica muito comodo. O unico ponto a melhorar são os horarios. Piscina, bar e hidro fecham muito cedo e a noite nao tem como pedir comida/bebida no hotel. Mesmo assim, com ctz voltarei! A estadia foi muito agradavel

A localização é ótima, a praia de Indaiá em frente a pousada é excelente. A pousada tem serviço de praia, piscina e ofuro tem que marcar horário. O café da manhã tem bastante coisas, nota 8. Achei o quarto 22 barulhento por conta da lavanderia que fica de frente. No mais, vale a pena. A vista é linda e a pousada bem estruturada.

O hotel é muito bom, quarto bem clean e tudo novo, beira mar com serviço na praia o que ajuda bastante e o café da manhã é ótimo! Voltaremos em breve. Sugestões de melhorias: Falta água disponível no café da manhã e uma dedetização no quarto, pois, devido a mini cozinha tinha bastante formiga. A necessidade de reservar a piscina por um período de 30 minutos, achei pouco, porém entendo que é um inconveniente da pandemia.
