Pros: The host was very friendly and quick to respond. There were welcome toiletries which was great. No linens/towels were needed which I loved. You do need beach towels. The place is outdated but cute. Had a good amount of cooking supplies. Decent location. We paid about 2 grand for three nights with 9 people and two dogs. Dog friendly a plus. Washer and dryer present was lovely as well as dishwasher. Outdoor space is small but nice view. They say you can swim in the canal but I'm not sure I would risk it with the stagnant water. Driveway is large for many vehicles. One of the bathrooms has a handicapped shower. She let us check in early which was super accommodating and appreciated. Check out/in instructions were all easy and fair. We did enjoy.Cons: One of the air mattresses didn't inflate. The nearby beach isn't a beach at all, it is a patch of sand that is dirty, listing boasts this as a beach. It took us about a half hour to get to the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, listing boasts 13 minutes. Rusty nails were sticking out of deck. The house definitely needs work and some things are falling apart. The air vents leak, dripping water onto on of the guests while sleeping. Blinds were dirty and broken. I didn't really feel like anything mentioned was actually within walking distance honestly. The pools were difficult to figure out and we had to call around. Ended up not using them. Mattresses were hard and not comfortable, but I was able to sleep and didn't wake up sore.
