The air conditioning was centrally controlled so at night it was quite still and warm, but you could open a window. There might have been more food options than we found but food options close by were limited.

Loved it!

I was so impressed with how beautifully equipped the kitchen was, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and every kind of dish, pot and pan, or utensil one could want. The bathroom was extremely large and modern, and the rest of the room was nicely furnished and comfortable for sleeping, dining, or sitting around. A safe is provided and there's plenty of storage, hangers, etc. Free tea and coffee and always available in the lobby. The location is also great. There's the Charlottenhof train station just steps away, it's an easy walk to Sansoucci and the other palaces, and shopping is also close by. Even the main train station is a walkable distance away. In the 3 days we were there, no one came to clean the room, but I prefer it that way. I assume if we had needed fresh towels or sheets for a longer stay that we could have asked for them. It's almost like living in an apartment, though, and I liked that! I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Had a very comfortable room with a kitchen and the basics for making some food if you choose. Great shower, comfortable bed. The staff here just excellent as far as service! Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

It was a rough stay. The staff was nice and well-intentioned. Check in was delayed, and the communication around our room availability was poor. The room itself was large and had potential. But it was a hot day and the a/c — something we looked for in this place — was not adequate (and was controlled at the front d). Worse, the water was turned off at two different times, both coinciding with our showers. Lastly, the Expedia listing says that parking is available, but in reality it’s limited and needs to be reserved in a process that I was not made aware of. The front desk did comp our breakfast and room tax as a gesture to make up for the experience. As I said, everyone was very nice and tried to help. And the property has potential. It just needs more attention and investment.

Hier passt alles + Preis-Leistung Top

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein kleiner Mangel wurde sofort und sehr professionell beseitigt. Das Zimmer zur Gartenseite mit kleinem Balkon ist sehr ruhig und Entspannung ist hier möglich. Große Dusche und Kitchenbar mit allem was man braucht, Tiefgarage mit Einfahrt über Fahrstuhl mal was anderes aber gut machbar. Preis- Leistung passt und sehr gut gelegen, sehr gutes Frühstückslokal in 250 m Entfernung und alles was man sonst braucht in der Nähe

Moderne Apartments, Tiefgarage mit Lademöglichkeit

Die Apartments sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet, große Dusche, hochwertige Keramik, Küchenzeile mit allem Notwendigen. Unsere (preisgünstigeren) Zimmer zur Bahn-/Straßenseite waren Dank guter Schallisolation sehr ruhig, die Verbindungstür günstig für Familien. Zentrum und Park sind fußläufig erreichbar, Regionalbahnhof direkt vor der Tür. Breite Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage (vorbuchen) mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos. Bei Frühbuchung günstiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Frühstücksservice wird angeboten, wir hatten jedoch eigene Verpflegung dabei. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden beim nächsten Potsdambesuch wieder hier übernachten.

Ausstattung der Küche ist zu verbessern. Keine Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee. Keine Sektgläser. Die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine ist ökologisch bedenklich. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert.Servicepersonal sehr angenehm und freundlich. Trotz Bahnverkehr sehr ruhig.
