Based on the room and the location, this is a five star property. It is very well appointed with a new microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is also bright, very well designed and spacious. The location is super.
Self check-in, however, is a mess. They do a terrible job communicating in advance what to do and any issues getting in, which almost every customer experiences.
Once you’re in it’s great, but management has greatly failed to remedy this ongoing issue. It is costing them money and goodwill they could easily capture if they put a real effort to make it easier.
I’ll be back and only in advance what to expect.
