Great location and well set up

The rental was great for cooking. It's one of the first times we've had a well-equipped kitchen. Located conveniently to trails, town and things to do.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location to explore the bike trails as well as the downtown area. Highly recommend!

Great Stay near All the Action!

We had a great time staying here over the Holiday weekend. Family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 big kids. House was clean, well stocked and ready to go! Bonus was the Mountain Bike shed where we locked/stored our 5 bikes to enjoy over the weekend. Very quiet neighborhood. We were able to do a couple meals a day (because we were out playing) in the house which saved a ton of cash. Great communication with the hosts as well. Would stay here again!

Absolutely Fantastic Rental

Girls trip. Location, location, location! You can walk to large majority of downtown area where you can eat, drink, shop, look at art, museums. You can bike everywhere you want to go. House : Spotless, comfortable beds, supplied everything you need (with small exception..explained at bottom). Safe and great neighborhood. Will definitely stay again. The small exception is...need candles lighters or matches and several flashlights. We were staying there during the severe weather incident (tornados or straightline winds..unknown as of 05/27/24) the trees were destroyed and power went out all over town. All the neighbors were fantastic and gave us what we needed and offered to let us stay with them. House was in good shape so we stayed. poor yard was another story. Overall, fantastic house, great town, awesome people and you couldn't find a better host to work with before after and during your stay.

Exactly as advertised and good for a downtown stay.

Clean and comfortable. Not over the top fancy but excellent for what the two of us needed for a few days in Bentonville. Jacuzzi looked great but the weather too cold for us to try. Would come back again.

Family First 2 Bentonville

This property’s location was perfect for us! Slaughter Pen, our favorite trail system, was right there! Downtown and MTB trails right outside the door! Roomy enough for my husband and me with two teenage boys to chill, eat and regroup. The owners even accommodated an extra day ( we did not want to leave). We would definitely rent this home again❤️

Clean, great amenities and awesome location!

We enjoyed the short walk to downtown and being able to bike to many of the trails in town. The house was very comfortable when we got back after longs days of mountain biking.

The Perfect Place - Perfect Location, Great Bike Storage!

My husband and I loved everything about this property during our weekend mountain bike trip to Bentonville! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after our biking excursions, and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Our favorite part about this property was the proximity to Bentonville square, and to all the bike trails - including Coler Preserve! Most of all we really appreciated the bike storage shed! We have stayed at other properties in Bentonville, but this property had the largest and most secure storage for our bikes - including electrical outlets for charging our E-bikes! We were able to store our two cycling bikes and our two rented mountain bikes with room to spare. We hope to be back in the near future!

Like new home, Very Nice!

Loved the location, we came for MTN Biking and hanging downtown. Very close to both, it was perfect! The hot tub was amazing for recovery after riding, and the interior was very comfortable!

Overall very good!

House was wonderful. It’s an older house but adequately updated. Only complaint was that the beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Woke up a couple of times with one or both of my arms asleep and a very sore neck. The second night we used the pillows from the couch and they were better than the bed pillows. Hot tub was very clean, although it did take about 6 hours to get warmed up from the 80 degrees it was originally set on. For Dec. that was too cold. The kitchen was well stocked, and having a washer/dryer was very handy! Overall very good stay.

Thanksgiving Fun

This house had everything we needed and more for a relaxing comfortable vacation! We baked and grilled, biked, shopped, played games, watched a movie, did laundry, and a lot of hot tubbing. The location to downtown and the bike trails is perfect! So much to see and do in Bentonville! Patrick quickly replied to our messages and was able to accommodate an early check in. He had someone drop off linens for the hide a bed that were forgotten on Thanksgiving day and gave us great food recommendations for the area. We would definitely stay here again!
