The hotel was clean. Breakfast was great lots of option. Very clean and well stocked. Some of the staff were friendly, so not so much. Overall would stay again and would recommend

We enjoy staying at Holiday Express properties. They are always very well maintained and the staff, generally speaking, is always friendly and helpful, regardless of their role (e.g. front desk, breakfast room attendant, housekeeper, etc.). Such was the case here as well for the most part. The day clerk for the front desk was a bit surly, and we had a weird occurrence where our room was serviced only halfway on the full day that we stayed there (we stayed two nights). The trash was emptied and our supplies were replenished, but our beds were not made and our dirty towels were in a pile on our bathroom floor. This was definitely a fluke situation, as we have stayed at numerous Holiday Inn Express properties, and this was the first time ever something like this has happened. Overall, the stay was good and we would stay there again, for sure.

the shower head and water pressure were outstanding. the bed was nice and comfortable and equipped with a mattress bedbug cover. Everything else was fine and as expected.

The Property was so attractive that I thought it was new. I absolutely loved the faux hardwood floor in my room. I was delighted to see washers & dryers (coin-operated) were available for guests. The fitness room and breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. A family-style restaurant, convenience store, gas station, etc. are within easy walking distance. Finally, the business center was very useful for me.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The room condition was poor. The hook attached to the bathroom door was broken so I couldn't hang my accessory bag. The bathroom mirror was dirty and had a foggy tinge to it. I recieved only one bar of soap for shower and washing my hands. The ac was on but never got to the desired temperature no matter how low I set it.
