Lovely hotel

Really nice hotel, check in was quick and friendly. However it was made clear that our room was in a seperate block, which hindered us getting our room, the room itself was amazing 1002b, really spacious, very clean and modern, huge bed lovely pillows and a ni e sleep,woulduse again.

Pleasant one night stay

One night stay half board - nice large room 15th floor - bathroom was fine would benefit from modernisation, nice view over pool and city. Evening meal buffet as you would expect from 3* or 4* but mainly hot which was good. Good English breakfast buffet plus continental etc. all staff friendly and helpful. Good location for us away from Benidorm strip but close to shops entertainment and restaurants

We stayed in room 801 with wrap around balcony in March/April 2025 . Unfortunately it was quite blowy so did not really use balcony. Lovely patio doors. Slight TLC shower drain needed a clean. We had a standing shower and bath with shower. Breakfast was included and had hot and continental options. It’s within easy reach of beach and zoo and old town. Enjoyed our stay and would go back. Maybe a hotel closer to beach for my walking issues. Spa circuit and massage were superb and special shoutout to Tammy who did my massage- thank you I needed that!!
