First time in Benidorm and have heard good things about this chain of hotel. Great hotel for the price, in a fantastic location. Stayed for 3 nights on half board which was worth it. Food was lovely, not a huge choice but had everything we needed. Only 1 negative was bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and no toilet roll, but didn’t ruin the stay

We stayed here for a Football Tournament, food was good, pool was wet, and hotel staff was very friendly. The area is comparable to Las Vegas, drunk UKers at every turn! Was a great experience!

Location for my stay was perfect. Food was average at best, little options but could just about find something I liked at each meal.. Would have liked better quality and more choice of food.. Was mainly lunch and evening meal... Breakfast was spot on for my liking.

This property is for if your older and want to do nothing but sit around. No activities, further from the strip or old town. No music by the pool etc. we did full board so 2 meals aday… the dinner was gross we didn’t bother again had 2 meals out of 10 we could have had there. 23$ pp if you don’t have it included before hand. Some staff were great but we had one bar tender that was extremely rude to me… until he saw my daughter and was nice to her 🙄 our power blew a fuse in our room after moving to another room and it not working we were updated to a terrace patio room. I felt bad for the guy at the front desk he really didn’t know what to do with the issue and seemed new. The hotel was clean but it doesn’t give me a urge to go back here. Signed. Barbie from Canada

Great location - right next to Sunday Market & under 10 minutes to beach & the Square. Breakfast - great choice, plentiful & tasty. Could do with staying open a bit later, being up for breakfast by 10am is a little early for me! Staff - friendly, helpful & spoke good English. Room - good size & nice balcony. Little bit of noise from surrounding apartments in the hotel but nothing too major. Decor was a little dated but the bed was comfy & the shower had great pressure. Pool - 2 good sized pools & plenty of sunbeds. Key card access to pool so no outside guests could sneak in!
