The apartment has 3 bedrooms equipped with 5 beds: 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, guaranteeing comfortable rest for all guests. It has 2 bathrooms, one with shower and another with bathtub, which facilitates coexistence and daily routines.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs and appliances such as fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. In addition, you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.
The living room has air conditioning and a television with Spanish channels. The area has a parking space in the same building, which adds comfort to your stay. It is located just 700 metres from the famous Levante Beach and 200 metres from the Abastos Market.
Ideal for families, the apartment is located in a central area with restaurants, cafes and services less than 50 metres away. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed inside.
