Quiet neighborhood, easy access to First Street restaurants, nightlife, cafes, shops, spa, galleries... and waterfront, pool, tennis, Bache ball. Free parking. Carriage house theme with vintage decor, but also modern appliances and conveniences. My focus is on your comfort, cleanliness and convenience.

The host was phenomenal. The cottage was indeed COZY. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I adore the setting and the city of Benicia. I hope that I will be back before too long. The cottage had everything anyone would need, including frosted mugs in the freezer. Thank you.

The "cozy cottage" was just as advertised. It's a spacious studio cottage with screened off bedroom, comfortable sitting area, both countertop and table dining, and a spacious and well equipped kitchen. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. The host was friendly, accessible, and quick to respond to the few minor issues that arose during my stay. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from First Street and its shops and restaurants. I stayed for a month and was sorry to leave!

Cozy cabin, great escape.

Very nice and comfortable, host was accommodating and thoughtful. Lovely area close to amenities and downtown. Would definitely book again.
