Beautiful Norman house (250m²) on the beach with magnificent views of the sea from all the rooms, a 1500 m² garden, only 5 minutes away from Deauville ! High speed internet.

An exceptional location : right on the beach, the house is enough isolated from the city center while being only 5 minutes away from it (by car) and from all the stores (more details below).

Made up of 3 floors, the house is composed of 4 bedrooms (10 beddings) and 3 bathrooms :

2nd floor :
- 3 double bedrooms (1 160x200 bed with a flat TV screen, 2 140x200 beds)
- 1 bathroom with sea view !
- 1 independent restroom

1st floor :
- 1 big living room with great sound system, 360° sea view, working wood chimney
- 1 big terrace with a wood table and chairs
- 1 big dining room (capacity of 12 people)
- 1 perfeclty equipped kitchen with sea view !

Great for families

Location was amazing and plenty of space for the family. Owner very responsive and helpful when house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Beautiful spot right near the beach. Could use an update with bed linens, pillows and adding board games and working remotes for the tvs. Also need To bring your own soaps, detergent etc. There is a supermarket nearby but nice to have these small touches when renting for a vacation.

A wonderful week!

10 of us enjoyed a lovely weeks holiday, the house is situated right on the beach with a small but adequate play area located right outside the back gate. Would recommend this house for a family and friends stay right on the beach.

Un rapport qualité prix décevant

Très belle maison idéalement située face à la mer (dommage que la vue soit gâchée par des structures gonflables). Accueillis par un employé de la conciergerie, la visite a été très rapide. Etant une personne à mobilité réduite, cela s'est avéré très compliqué... La pièce maîtresse est sans aucun doute le salon ouvert sur une terrasse . Dommage qu'il ne soit pas équipé d'une télé... Globalement, les pièces des premier et deuxième étages sont agréables. Toutefois, les sanitaires sont à l'état d'usage et mériteraient d'être refaits. Nous avons aussi déploré les taches sur les couettes... En revanche, on déconseille fortement le rez de jardin se composant essentiellement d'une grande chambre avec 4 lits. Dans cette pièce, les rangements sont limités. En dépit de 4 fenêtres (régulièrement ouvertes lors de notre séjour), la pièce est froide et humide et s'en dégage une odeur désagréable. La salle de douche n'est pas digne d'une telle demeure. La pièce est sombre et mal aérée ( l'extracteur ne fonctionne pas, toute petite fenêtre). L'humidité est réelle et l'odeur nauséabonde( cuvette des toilettes entre la cabine de douche et le lavabo). En résumé, une belle propriété mais dont l'aménagement et l'isolation doivent être revus pour prétendre à des tarifs de location aussi élevés.

super emplacement mais prestations moyennes

Mauvaise surprise en arrivant le ménage n'était pas fait et la maison très sale en raison des précédents locataires qui l'ont laissée dans un état lamentable.. La situation est top face à la mer mais les prestations compte tenu du prix de location ne sont pas à la hauteur.. Odeurs d'humidité, fenêtres qui ferment mal, pas de hotte dans la cuisine, carreaux pas faits, matériels de jardin en mauvais état.. bref pas mal de déceptions, la maison a besoin d'une remise en état. Et c'est vraiment dommage car l'emplacement est idéal..

Réalité très en dessous des promesses:absence de place de parking aucune explication sur le fonctionnement des appareils (télé du RDC)par contre beaucoup de directives avec à la clé des sanctions financières (loi HAdopi) internet pas fonctionnel serviettes de plages payées fournies au bout de 48h absence de plancha on a du la réclamer et quand on l’a eu pas utilisable car pas de rallonge sanitaires déplorables ouvrants défectueux ( la porte d’entrée ne ferme qu’en la verrouillant fenêtre collée par la peinture qui ne s’ouvre pas) pour une maison refaite à neuf intérieur et extérieur…….. Nous avons l’habitude de louer et là nous avons été très mécontents et sommes partis le mardi car avec un enfant qui est tombé malade passer une journée à l’intérieur s’est révélé insupportable Séjour à oublier malgré le bel emplacement et la météo idéale

Hervorragende Lage ABER…

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und übertrifft selbst die hohen Erwartungen nach den Bildern im Inserat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, vieles ist angeschlagen, abgewohnt oder kaputt (z.B. die Liegestühle im Garten). Es gibt nur 2 Badezimmer, zusätzlich 1 WC auf der Wohnebene und eine Dusche im Keller. Hier waren die Angaben im Inserat ungenau. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit, diese war teilweise inakzeptabel. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistung nicht.

Superbe !

La maison est vraiment très agréable avec son feu de cheminée et sa vue mer de toutes les pièces. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille malgré la période hivernale. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle qui n’était pas au rendez vous et sur la température des pièces du Rez de chaussée que nous avons eu du mal à faire passer au dessus de 17 degrés. Malgré ces petits désagréments nous ne manquerons pas de revenir rapidement !

Nous avons été ravi de passer ce WE entre amis dans cette superbe maison. L’intérieur et l’extérieur sont très bien entretenus, l’emplacement est... magique ! Absolut aussergewöhnlich – ein Bijoux in jeder Beziehung

Wir haben diese Woche ausserordentlich genossen. Das Haus ist mehr als schmuck, die Einrichtung persönlich und ansprechend. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Die Umgebung ist schlicht traumhaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in die Ferien und empfehlen das tolle Haus all unseren Schweizer Freund*innen.

un regal pour les yeux , du matin au soir une vue sublissime sur la mer, la plage et les chevaux montés ou attelés , une deco authentique de charme un confort parfait et un équipement de cuisine satisfaisant chacun son espace ; attention toutefois aux personnes handicapés ou à mobilité réduite (3 escaliers ! ) de plus le temps était au beau fixe !nous espérons revenir vite merci également au receptif qui fait tout pour satisfaire vos demandes
