Overall good. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced or repaired. It was about ready to fall off. There were exposed, screw heads on the steps leading into the hot tub. We had to cover those with a towel so nobody would rip her foot open.

Great Layout

This layout and double master setup worked great for 3 adults and a child, and would be great for more. Plenty of space and we liked that the rooms were spread out and spacious. We can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean and the rooms were large which was perfect for our toddlers and us to stay in the same room. The surrounding area is great to walk around and is very quiet.

Great time at Sunriver

We spent Independence Day week at Scott’s house. The house is well laid out - 3 bedrooms and bathrooms at one end and kitchen, eating area and living room on the other. The house is well stocked with cooking utensils - probably too many as it makes it hard to organize pots, pans and lids. The property sits on fairly level land which worked well with our 4 year old grandson who is just learning to ride his bike. We had 2 issues which were addressed the following day. If you use the included bikes (they are not full sized) bring some tools so you can adjust the seats. A very quiet neighborhood with a zero tolerance for fireworks - not one fire cracker was heard. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

Great stay at this Sunriver house. Quiet area, clean accommodations and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great having enough bikes to accommodate everyone. My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would suggest is to look into fixing the BBQ. The two middle tubes are broken and makes it difficult to BBQ.

Home away from home

This house felt like home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back to visit. The single level home with dual master, and three bathrooms was perfect. The furnishings were comfortable, and decor reminded us of previous trips around the world. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items. We enjoyed seeing wildlife from the deck and through the large windows. This home has something for everyone with a hot tub, bikes, and pool passes. Our family enjoyed every moment. The staff was very respectful and responsive before and during and after our trip. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Convenient, comfortable and clean

We rented this house for spring break - family of four (kids 10, 8) plus grandpa. It was a great location - we explored Bend, Sun River and went skiing at Mt Bachelor. The house was well-stocked - kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, plus the private hot tub was amazing. There were bikes we could borrow. The house was spacious for our group, clean and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome place with everything working great. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen, bbq and hot tub! Wonderful access to north market and easy to get on road for zipping up to Mt Bachelor or Bend.

nice house. good location, family friendly

this house wad perfect for a family stay....3 Full baths was a game changer. it was very well equipped, however it could use some additional washcloths and towels....not enough for a bit group for an entire week without doing laundry. plenty of bikes, helmets. the a/c was perfect I hot central oregon weather. awesome stay, would definitely book again.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I enjoyed the property and beautiful house. The only complaint we had was the cleanliness. The furniture had clumps of dog hair under them and my daughters bedding and sheets also had dark dog hair on them. The two small ottomans also had dog hair on them. The beautiful carpet also has a few stains on it along with an odor. Upon arrival I also found dried feces surrounding the property and on the back deck. I had my daughters pick up everything they found because I know this isn’t a sign if a bad homeowner but of bad renters and possibly a cleaning service that might be getting comfortable. We too have a vacation rental so it’s disappointing to see others treat your property like this including the cleaning company because you trust them to keep your home looking and smelling clean. With all said and done I would still rent again from you. I hope this helps.

Great house, good value

We really enjoyed this clean and cozy house. Comfortable home away from home, well-lit and well-stocked kitchen (spices and utensils and kitchenware). SHARC passes were nice to have and extra bikes if needed. Hot tub was clean and not too hot. Grill worked great. We'll plan to stay here again.

Clean and well appointed!

Had a great stay with plenty of amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the available bikes. A couple cons: the main master bathroom’s ceiling does not go all the way up the wall so you can hear all the noises which is less than ideal. Another issue is the water heater is either small or old but either way we were unable to shower after the other since the water ran cold. Overall we had a lovely time!
