Great place

Spacious (we got two connected rooms), clean, everything as described. The pots and pens should be updated (not safe for cooking anymore). The pool is located in the separate building; so need to walk outside.

Great location and space for the price. Disappointed the pool wasn't available but we used the hottub. Place is a bit dated and could use some maintenance, only one burner of cook top working, and it wasn't super clean.Overall great option for my family,

Disappointment, photos not accurate

The carpets were stained and desperately needed to be shampooed but probably replaced. Appliances, fixtures, and furniture are tired at best. White bathroom floor towels gray after use implying that either the floor or the towel hooks were quite dirty.

Property is in a great location right on the river trail and at the second spillway below Drake Park. Super close walking distance to downtown Bend from the north. We would stay here again without a doubt!

This place was not properly cleaned. The shower had long hairs stuck to the wall. Yhe kitchen and bathroom floors had crumbs. Will not recommend and will not stay again.

Great location

Great location for walking to downtown Bend and looking out on the river. The unit needs a ton of updating and the floor was quite dirty we discovered after walking around in socks. They claim to be pet friendly but everywhere you look there are signs saying no dogs on the grass. If your picky you would not be happy here, we dealt with it because the price was right and we were busy recreating and spent very little time in the room.

No running hot water

Absolutely no running hot water in the unit. As a result we were unable to take showers for the entire 3 day stay. Despite calling the property office, nothing got fixed.

Great for a weekend trip to Bend

Overall brews and views was perfect for our stay in Bend! Love the location and being right next to the river. It was such an easy walk to restaurants and breweries. The minus one star was because after we checked in, past 4pm, house keeping knocked on the door looking to clean still. The place seemed perfectly clean so I don’t know why they were trying to come in. Also on the last night the upstair neighbor woke us all up at 6am to stomp back and forth for 30 minutes. I’d still definitely recommend this place!

Lovely cosy stay close to downtown

A sweet apartment with all your needs and pet friendly for a pet friendly Bend stay. Easy block walk to lovely downtown and a step out to the riverside to get walking and exploring. Easy parking and quiet area. Very small pet relief area as no dogs allowed on the grass in the property area but a short walk gets you to the park or the river walk for your four legged friends. Thanks for letting us share the place for a few days.

They mention the noise level so it wasn’t like they weren’t up front about it but wow. I got 3 hours of sleep both nights due to how loud just the sound of walking was above me. Upstairs neighbors weren’t being discourteous, partying, etc. just walking around. The noise was unbearable and a restful weekend away was 3hrs of sleep per night and I couldn’t wait to leave. It was the cheapest in the area but it wasn’t worth half what we paid.
