Fantastic property. Very clean, good beds. Really great that they have linens and towels, etc. so we didn’t have to pack a bunch of extra stuff. Having beach badges was HUGE and a wonderful cherry on top. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the Jersey Shore.

Very clean, cute bungalow with everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Great location between beach and a playground. Very safe. Cody was incredibly responsive and thoughtful - we felt very well hosted!

This place was perfect. Such a cute little cottage. Close to everything. Nice walk to the beach or downtown. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Next time I am in NJ I will book with Cody again.

Such a pleasant stay.

Just getting away for some golf and relaxation we ran across this house after looking at a few others. It was a very modernized beach house that was clean and open. I suspected it would be everything that I read about and more as Cody (the host) was already reaching out to offer assistance the day before. He was a great honest host and we couldn’t be more pleased with the all around experience. We will be back in a few weeks and this will be the first house I try to book. Chris

lovely home close to the beach

we had amazing week at the home... clean, comfortable and easy to walk to the beach. Cody was an amazing communicator with any questions that came up which made the stay feel for personal. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay for family

Family of 6 (small children) and we had a great stay- was just what we needed as a home-base. Neighborhood and location were fantastic and we enjoyed early morning walks to the boardwalk every day with the kids!

Clean Space in a Central Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The description and photos match the space. Only a short walk to either the beach or to main street. The house was clean, the beds are comfortable and check-in was easy. We stayed during off season, so parking was easy even though it was street parking. While the house was warm, the floors get really cold, so bring your slippers!

Great location and highly recommend!

This location was outstanding. A short walk to good restaurants and coffee. There was a playground up the street that our little one enjoyed! The property was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was well maintained and very clean. It was decorated nicely and had all the amenities needed to make a meal. The beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer was a plus! The property owner was very accommodating and provided clear check in and check out instructions. Street parking was never an issue and there was plenty available. Highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Wonderful experience

Me and my family had such an amazing and wonderful experience with this property and the best host. The home was located in such a beautiful neighborhood and just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk as well as the adorable main st where there were so many delicious and affordable local restaurants and shops. Cody is was so kind and courteous and very responsive with all messages and was so kind enough to even offer free late check out on our final day due to having severe travel delays and arriving late on our first day of check-in. The home was so clean and orderly and stocked with most things you would want to use daily as far as amenities go and was even kind enough to leave beach passes if we wanted to go to the private sections that required a pass. This was hands down one of my best experiences ever with renting a home and I would highly recommend and will be staying here again on our future travels to New Jersey. 10/10 would highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

location amazing loved our walks in the morning. no drawer space at all there was some mismatched hangers in the cupboard no kettle no toaster no instructions of any kind ie best restaurants shops train station etc opened pull out bed and sheet covering it was thick with cat hairs as was rug in front room. Sorry Cody its not one of the better houses we have stayed in for the price.

End of summer vacation

This modern Belmar beach cottage was perfect for a quick end of summer trip with my mom and my baby. It was conveniently located a few blocks from the beach and passes were included, always a perk! Cody was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Amazing Getaway

Perfect little spot for friends and family. Easy walk to the boardwalk/beach and a nice back yard area to just hang out. Multiple restaurants in walking distance as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone else looking. Cody was a great host.

For a small space, it feels open, not cramped. The decor is lovely with a contemporary beach theme. Backyard is great for an outdoor bbq. If you want to prepare dinners at home, the kitchen needs a few items (e.g., salad bowl, baking dish) and there’s no dishwasher. Quiet neighborhood but limited street parking in peak season.

Highly Recommended

We had a great stay here. We walked to the beach every day and walked to the Main Street for ice cream or fudge with our kids several times at night. The host, Cody, was really responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and surprisingly spacious for our needs. Overall we would highly recommend this house for families looking to spend some time at the beach.
