A wonderful location and quiet neighborhood. I have stayed at this particular home in the past. And it’s still just as lovely as the first time. Great deck to sit and watch the birds from. Easy access to moose and bear viewing. We enjoyed this so much. Thank you.

We have stayed in this cabin several times. It is always very clean, well maintained. This time there were several bottles of dish soap that were almost empty. We had barely enough. We couldn’t find any dish washing cloth or sponges. We found this unusual considering our previous stays. We had a very nice stay, neighborhood is very quiet. Place is somewhat hard to find. My wife and I really like this part of Colorado and we will stay again.

The cabin is lovely and in a lovely area. It was very difficult to find because the house number is difficult to read. I was silly enough to think the Colorado sign might be at the residence, but it is not, and we drove around (without cell coverage for a time.) Thank you for wifi once we got it. The pots and pans were mostly poor quality and dirty, but everything was cozy and comfortable. The guys had some good fishing opportunities within about an hour drive. The weather was gorgeous (which you do not have control over) but that put the icing on a fun getaway.

Birthday Fishing Trip

Simply perfect! Clean and cozy and comfortable! Perfect place to relax after days of fishing and hiking! We will definitely come back! Hostess is amazing too! Loved it!

Very Clean Property

Cabin sets in a cluster of cabins backyard is on RT 14....was very nice however no access to Poudre River....drives provided beautiful views. Hubby saw a moose while out fishing. StaciJo was always available for info.

Mountain Get Away

Location was perfect. Close to State Forrest State Park, hiking trails, and 4wheel drive roads. Cabin was clean, spacious, and well suited for our stay. This cabin was well worth the stay!

Mountain wedding adventure

Attended a wedding just down the road from this cute cabin nestled in woods. Listing and pictures were great, cabin was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Very easy to find and accessible. Internet/wifi was super convenient as cell coverage in the area was a little spotty, nice to be disconnected while out and about and still be able to check-in on the rest of the world when back in the cabin. Would highly recommend and will try for this venue again if I find myself in this neck of the woods in the future.

Rustic Colorado cabin

Overall the cabin was very nice and clean. The water pressure was an issue especially showing. The shower with the tub only worked if everything else was turned off. The was the only real complaint. We loved the location and we found many fun things to do within driving distance of the cabin. Thanks, Scott and Amy Vogt

Anniversary Staycation

Nice little cabin in a nice little neighborhood. A great place to homebase as we explored the area and went paddle boarding on Lake Dowdy. Had a fantastic time!!

Great quiet stay

Really nice little cabin in a small neighborhood. We had some nice walks around the block, and a great drive up to Colorado State Forest. The host is very quick in responding to questions. Looking forward to going back!

Rest and relaxation

I was here with three friends from St. Louis, two of whom had never been to Colorado. We loved the house and they marveled at the view from the deck. It was a good home base for our wandering through the canyon. Shower floor was a little slick, but everything else was really nice.

A wonderful get-a-way…

My husband and I wanted to get out of Denver and spend a couple of relaxing days in the mountains. We were so pleased with the warmth, comfort and layout of the cabin/home. The attention to details was impressive including the “amber” soft lighting (however, bright were it need to be), living room and porch furniture, equipped kitchen and so much more. Couldn’t of asked more for a quiet, relaxing get-a-way.

Everything was just as advertised, clean, comfy, and beautiful! Stacie Jo was very communicative. Another member of our party needed to check in as I was going to be late to the reservation and she was able to send me instructions so we experienced no issues whatsoever.
