Just the facts...we had many safety concerns. Deck was unsafe due to railing being detached, exposed wiring along path leading down to the dock. Junction boxes detached or dismantled along the path as well. When the owner/property manager was presented with these issues, the response was quite frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility for safety concerns, it was stated that everything was up to code. Basically they didn't care. Renter be ware...the pictures are perfectly taken/staged to hide a lot of oddities. Other odd things throughout as well, layout of the bathrooms is strange, extension cords everywehere, non workig fireplace remote due to animal bites. The home is older, and it shows big time! The price point is way to high for the experience you will have. I have stayed in much nicer places for way less money. They want you to cover the cost of poor investment choices.On a postive note, Bentonville is a real fun town!! We loved the mountain biking trails and great food options. The kids loved the pool table in the lower level as well. I would definitely advise you to find a different place to stay, this place is not worth the money!!
