The staff - very nice. The room was fairly clean, linens clean, toilet and sink clean, floor was gritty but could have been due to wind. Bad area of town, didn't feel safe to walk, difficult to navigate.in a car.

The apartment was right in the middle of Belize City I was able to walk to the water taxi which was my goal for renting there

Review for [Property Name] I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property. I arrived during their advertised check-in hours, only to find that the place was completely closed with no one available to assist me. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no clear explanation or support. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund even though I was unable to check in through no fault of my own. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend booking this property unless you’re prepared to risk being stranded or losing your money. A little effort on their part to resolve the issue could have gone a long way, but sadly, that didn’t happen. Proceed with caution.

We took a bus from Melchor border that dropped us off in the middle of a random street and got this hotel based on the pictures but once we went inside it was too fenced up like a jail but understood since locals mention the area being too dangerous at night. Once we went into the room there was no way of taking a shower. The bathroom was so unsanitary and unbelievably dirty. The toilet was leaking from the bottom and had to put a towel. Bugs were also crawling over the floor by the beds.
