Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, we appreciated having a kettle and coffee maker in the room. The ledge in the bathroom was helpful for additional space. We found it quiet and convenient and staff were very kind and helpful, especially Rachel who seemed to be everywhere all at once and was SO kind and efficient.

Hotel is in the perfect area, decent restaurants, bars and shopping all in a walkable distance. Room was spacious, clean and modern. This may seem like a minor complaint, for a hotel of this standard the breakfast bacon and sausage are of very poor quality. I wouldn’t feed my dog the sausages they use. This needs to improve.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from city hall, 20 minutes from the waterfront. Right close to the train station as well. The room was great. We had a fun stay, really.

The room itself was great , although I booked through Expedia and should have been offered a room upgrade at no extra charge. I did upgrade but had to pay for it. Also the pipework for the hot water needs attention. It’s very noisy when using the hot water so if someone has an early shower, you can hear it from another room. Location is great and the staff were friendly!
