Gîte L'Avelinier at Bélesta in Ariège 09300

Gite 3 * by the prefecture. Holiday checks accepted. Nice little house 300 meters from the village center, 550 m. Living room with lounge area with TV and DVD player, dining area and kitchen equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer ...) 2 identical bedrooms -2 beds (a bed 140) with en with shower and toilet. Washing machine, electric heating.
Very nice covered terrace and garden. Barbecue, children's games and ping pong. New: VTC loan of two bicycles.

Rent sheets and towels (10 € adornment), and maid service on request (€ 50). Child bed "umbrella" and highchair available. Card phone and Wi-Fi access on request. Dogs are allowed only after owner's agreement (depending on size). But sorry, we can not accept cats.
Close to shops. Leaving the house, many activities are possible: hiking and mountain biking pédestes (Near the Gorges de la Frau), horse riding, fishing (river, lake or sport fishing in a mountain lake), ski resort 30 km (Monts Olmes for downhill skiing, The Chioula for cross-country skiing). New: pony ride and tree climbing near the cottage. (
Surrounded by many remarkable sites: close to the Fontestorbes Fountain, near the Cathar places (Montségur, Roquefixade, Puivert), caves, Prehistory Park.
1 hour from Toulouse, Carcassonne, Perpignan and Andorra.
Ideally located for a good holiday and recharge.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. La propriété est très bien entretenue. Le logement est très bien conçu, quoique les chambres soient un peu petites. L'équipement de cuisine est très complet. Les propriétaires sont très acceuillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Le gîte de M. et Mme Peers à Bélesta (Ariège) est parfaitement équipé, confortable et remarquablement situé. Et ses propriétaires sont particulièrement sympathiques et agréables. Bref, on ne pouvait espérer meilleur séjour.
