Just a four-minute drive from town or a scenic 2 km cycle to the rail trail along tranquil roads, Beechworth Farmstay offers the perfect peaceful escape. Nestled on 26 acres of picturesque countryside, guests can stroll through the property, and meet our friendly four horses, two curious alpacas, and our beloved little toy poodle, Bobby.

Our detached studio is cozy yet conveniently close to the main house, featuring an open-plan design with a luxuriously comfy king bed, a large-screen TV, and a dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you might need: a microwave, a full-sized fridge, a toaster, an electric jug, and a selection of tea and coffee.

We welcome well-behaved dogs—just let us know when booking. If your dog has exceptional recall, they can roam freely by your side, but otherwise, we ask that they remain on a lead for the safety of our animals and your dog. We ask, please that you do not leave your dog alone in the studio, they must be with you at all times. We do not charge any extra for you to bring your pet. This makes your holiday more affordable without kennel fees and without the anguish of leaving your pet. If you want to go somewhere that you cannot take your dog, just ask us if we can look after your dog for you one day. If we can. we will.

Are you a horse rider? With prior arrangements, you’re welcome to bring your horse and explore the stunning forest trails right next door. Whether you bring your dog or your horse, please note all animals on our property are solely and unconditionally at the owner’s risk and you accept this as a condition of making a booking with us.

Jennie and Steve are very friendly and welcoming hosts with a great farm and the perfect accomadation, the studio was clean and quite spacious with some very thoughtful touches. Such a beautiful property owned by such beautiful people! We absolutely loved it there, Jennie was so welcoming and lovely, clear and open communication from the time of booking right through to us leaving! She even had muffins for us on our arrival! The actual accomodation we can’t fault, it was the perfect size for myself my friend and my 6 month old Pomeranian puppy. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed iv ever slept in I just wish I could have had more time in it! My pom was able to go on a big walk on the property and see horses for the first time! Highly recommend staying at this property! Thanks again Jennie, we look forward to staying with you Steve and Bobby again soon!

The property was amazing, the accommodation was comfy and so neat and tidy, bed super comfortable. Location was in a nice quite area but also not too far from the main town so it was perfect.The host were also so amazing and friendly, gave us great tips for the area, and just really good humans! A beautiful find in Beechworth.

From the warm welcome on arrival to the comfortable bed, excellent shower and plush towels…this little gem was a fabulous spot to rest after a long drive. The thoughtfulness was really appreciated, a fresh baked cake under a lovely glass dome, a fruit bowl and my preferred milk in the fridge such kind generous touches. Thank you so much, I will be back next time I’m in the area.

Jennie and Steve are outstanding hosts, warm, welcoming, extremely friendly, thoughtful, considerate, kind and generous people. The studio is located in beautiful surroundings where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the countryside. The studio is immaculate with everything you could possibly need, the bed is incredibly comfortable and there is sufficient hanging space and ample room to relax. There are so many thoughtful extras (to many to mention) and the most delicious homemade cake for afternoon tea!We shall certainly return if we have the opportunity and would certainly extend our stay. Jennie and Steve certainly made this experience extremely memorable!
