Please note that due to the age of this property, there are some internal steps up and down and one low doorway. Therefore it is not suitable for people with accessibility issues due to it having a multi-level layout restricted by it heritage overlay.
Your accomodation is at the rear of the building with a private courtyard which makes it a quiet, peaceful oasis - away from the hustle bustle of the city. Take time to relax in the warmth and coziness of the Cottage. There is a luxurious king bed in the bedroom and a modern bathroom only steps away.
Split system air-conditioning units are located in both the bedroom and lounge room keeping you comfortable in winter and summer alike.

Fanny Phillips and her husband Charles Frederick Phillips lived in the Cottage. More information provided in the accommodation. Perfect for a stay in the centre of Beechworth
This is a great little apartment in the heart of Beechworth. What a brilliant location! We stayed in winter and the heating in the bedroom (including the electric blanket) and lounge area was really appreciated. The little outdoor courtyard would be perfect for us and our little dogs in summer, so we will be back!
