I stayed at a few different hotels in the area before I fell in love with this one. Overall, the rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly. Occasionally there may be something very small the cleaning staff missed, but in my multiple stays here the rooms are almost always immaculate. Breakfast is not free, and I have to leave for work before it opens, so I cannot attest to that. I’ve now stayed here >5 times and I keep coming back. My favorite hotel in the area. It’s the small things for me, such as the fact they added to the bottom of the door so the hallway door goes flush to the carpet, the soundproofing is pretty decent, you may hear someone above you, or if someone is loud in the hallway, but I’m a light sleeper and that’s not really been an issue for me. The front desk person I routinely interact with remembered me, and is so friendly. It puts a smile on my face to check in.

I have been traveling to the Manchester area for work and I’ve been trying to find a hotel that hits everything I want. This was a nice hotel to stay at. Friendly staff, no complaints on the cleanliness of the room. The in room microwave did not work in my room, and the fridge wasn’t as cold as it could have been. The AC made weird noises that woke me up a few times. The rooms are virtually soundproof. The ONLY sound I heard from other guests was at about 330 AM and it was heavy foot steps above me. Otherwise it was absolutely silent. I would have thought I was the only guest. Bed was comfortable. Overall good-great experience.

Over all the stay was wonderful. Lots of closet space and wall sockets all around the room for charging phones and laptop. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No need to bring these things from home. 24 hour desk service which is a plus. Very safe and quiet to sleep in. Black out curtains was a plus. Also microwave and fridge was a plus. They also have a desk and chair and a nice couch in the room. I would stay again.

We had a problem with the rooms and had to change rooms twice until the 3rd room was satisfactory .. one room had a broken pipe in the bathroom water spitting all over. The second room the bathroom door was stuck and my husband got locked inside also the hall light wouldn’t go off.. The third room as ok
